April Hudspeth is an innovative program developer with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Since 2002, she has been deeply committed to working with youth and adults, impacting lives in profound ways. Her journey began in the youth development program, where she supported students earning their GEDs and preparing for college.

Her passion for helping others found a unique outlet through music and poetry, teaching students to channel their anger and frustration into creative expression. As a mentor for young teens, she developed life-changing relationships, guiding them through challenging times.

Her dedication extends beyond youth mentorship. She has taught parents how to communicate effectively with their children, bridging the gap in broken and frustrated home environments. As a minister and youth leader, she has facilitated communication and relationships, aiming to prevent physical and mental abuse and suicide.

Familiar with trauma-informed care, she has been a beacon of hope for trauma-affected children. Much of her ministry has been in the marketplace, bringing her message and support to those in need. Above all, she is a fervent prayer warrior, committed to the spiritual and emotional well-being of those she serves.
