Dr. Crystal M. Roberson is the Founder and President of Strategic Connections Global, Inc. (SCGI), a nonprofit organization committed to educating, equipping, and empowering individuals and communities toward sustainable personal and economic development.
With a doctoral degree and extensive experience in leadership development, education, and counseling, Dr. Roberson provides strategic oversight for SCGI’s programs and partnerships. Her work focuses on identity restoration, capacity building, and the creation of practical pathways that support self-sufficiency and long-term community impact.
As an author and facilitator, Dr. Roberson brings a holistic, values-driven approach to nonprofit leadership—bridging vision with structure, compassion with accountability, and purpose with measurable outcomes.
