Kelly A. Jennings is a retired United States Air Force Veteran with 21 years of service, culminating as Superintendent of Personnel and Deployments, where she led with integrity, structure, and mission-focused accountability. After military retirement, she served in defense contracting leadership roles including Program Manager, Change Manager, and Asset Manager—strengthening her capabilities in strategic planning, operational execution, and resource stewardship. She currently serves as a trauma-informed coach and a ministry visionary consultant.

Kelly also brings proven faith-based leadership, having served as a Pastor for 10 years and as a Ministry Leader in the Fayette County Jail System with a heart for restoration, discipleship, and outreach that meets people where they are. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Psychology, blending organizational insight with compassionate, trauma-aware leadership that supports sustainable transformation in individuals and communities.

Today, Kelly serves as a mentor to midlife women in transition and as a leadership and organizational consultant to ministry leaders and ministries navigating seasons of change. She is the founder of The Birthing Throne Ministries and the founder of Posture Your Presence™, empowering women to rebuild with clarity, grace, and purpose through her signature framework: Declare It, Define It, Design It, Live It, Be It™. As a trauma-informed coach, speaker, and published author, Kelly partners with faith-based organizations to strengthen governance, clarify mission, develop leaders, and expand outreach with both spiritual conviction and operational excellence.
