Tierené C. Inuolaji is a dedicated community health professional with a strong background in social work, maternal and child health, and community-based care. She earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Western Michigan University in 2013, along with minors in Interdisciplinary Studies and Spanish. Tierené began her career in mental health before moving into maternal and child health, where she developed a reputation for her innovative approach to education and support for caregivers.

With a commitment to continual growth, Tierené obtained her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in 2019 and began pursuing her Registered Nurse (RN) degree in 2020. Her education took an unexpected pause during the COVID-19 pandemic, but she remains dedicated to her professional development. Tierené is working toward certifications as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), alongside completing her RN degree. Her long-term goal is to specialize in labor and delivery, with aspirations of founding her own birthing center.

In 2024, Tierené transitioned to a role as a Doula Manager, leading programs designed to support maternal health within her community. Additionally, she co-founded Heritage Homes AFC, an adult foster care home, aimed at enriching her community through compassionate and dignified care.

Beyond her professional roles, Tierené is committed to service and personal development through her involvement with Transformation Ministries, where she actively engages in faith-based initiatives. Driven by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to make a positive impact, Tierené continues to inspire and uplift those around her through her faith and dedication to community well-being.
